We are looking for a Product Owner to join the Frontier team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a fully homebased role but there will be a requirement to attend sites when needed. As a Product Owner for the Enterprise Data Platform & Customer Relationship Management (CRM), you will work closely with Agile Scrum Teams and business stakeholders to prioritise and deliver platform capabilities that enable trusted data access, data integration, and analytics at scale. You will own the backlog, represent business and data user needs, and ensure we deliver value from data while maintaining governance and quality. You have firsthand experience collaborating with Agile Scrum teams to shape and deliver platform capabilities that unlock value from data at scale. With a strong understanding of Enterprise Data Platforms, CRM systems, and data governance, you are comfortable translating complex requirements into clear, actionable backlog items. You are equally skilled at working with technical teams and engaging stakeholders to prioritise work that supports business goals, enhances data quality, and enables better decision-making. You take ownership, think strategically, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment. Must have: 5 years of experience in data product management, data analytics, data engineering or a related role. Product owner certification e.g. PSPO, CSPO or equivalent. Working in Agile / Scrum / SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment. Experience in project delivery and/or as a senior business analyst in data and analytics IT projects. Prior experience in a global matrix-driven environment, collaborating with multiple suppliers and project teams. Experience managing cross-functional teams, assessing their priorities whilst aligning to the data platform strategy. Excellent senior / executive stakeholder management skills must be extremely comfortable communicating and presenting to senior stakeholders. Comprehensive knowledge of data management principles, including governance, quality, security, and lifecycle management. Familiarity with data tools and platforms: SQL, MS Azure cloud technologies, Databricks, Power BI, EDP, MDM (Master Data Management). Knowledge of data modelling, ETL pipelines, and data warehousing principles. Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g. GDPR) Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Desirable Understanding data & analytics industry trends and best practices. Managing vendors in the delivery of projects. Experience of working in a vertically integrated business environment. Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar. Your Role As the Product Owner for our Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, you will: Own and manage the product backlog for the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Collaborate with Agile Scrum Teams to define, prioritise, and deliver data platform and CRM features. Translate business and data user needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Work closely with data engineers, architects, analysts, and governance leads to ensure high-quality, trusted data. Champion data governance, quality, and accessibility across the organisation. Align platform capabilities with strategic business objectives and evolving stakeholder needs. Support the delivery of self-service data, integration pipelines, and CRM enhancements. Monitor usage, adoption, and data performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Function as the voice of the customer and business in all stages of product development. Ensure compliance with data protection, regulatory, and internal standards.
