Job Responsibilities
1. Review client business technology processes, including cyber security, digital systems, IT resilience, emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, social media, and major transformation programmes.
2. Identify relevant risks and mitigating controls, utilizing data analytics to quantify risks and ensure high-quality, efficient audits.
3. Plan and administer the assignment portfolio from initial client onboarding through to completion.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, staying updated on significant changes in client affairs to ensure retention and growth.
5. Manage, coach, and supervise junior team members, conduct performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
6. Recommend training, monitor work progress, and facilitate new business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
* Accounting or audit qualification.
* 2-4 years post-qualification experience in assurance, internal audit, or risk and controls advisory.
* Commitment to effective client service.
* Excellent interpersonal, analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure and within deadlines.
* Attention to detail, flexibility, and proactive approach.
* Good knowledge of Windows and MS 365.
