This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join our Early Years team working as a SEND and inclusion officer for children aged from birth to five years of age. We are seeking an experienced and skilled early years professional who has experience working with early years children in a setting or school EYFS provision, or as a childminder, and can form excellent working relationships with partners.
This is a permanent post, working 30 hours per week (working days / pattern to be agreed at interview). There is some requirement for flexible working to meet the needs of the service, for example delivering training in the evenings.
The successful candidate will:
* Provide professional support, guidance and challenge to Early Years Foundation Stage settings, childminders and schools to ensure high quality inclusive provision for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in line with the SEND Code of Practice, the EYFS statutory framework and North Lincolnshire council policies and procedures

• Support leaders and practitioners working in EYFS provision to identify, implement and monitor specific interventions / strategies to meet the complex and diverse individual needs of children, enabling them to make the best start in life.
