Our client, a prominent international law firm, is seeking a senior associate with at least seven years' post-qualification experience to join its market-leading Real Estate Finance team in London.
This role presents the opportunity to lead on high-value and complex real estate finance transactions, advising an impressive roster of clients including major banks, debt funds, insurers, investors, developers, and property companies. The team is recognised for its breadth of expertise across all asset classes, with recent mandates spanning development finance, hotel and leisure finance, Islamic finance, and mezzanine structures, both domestically and cross-border.
As a senior member of the team, you will work closely with partners, take a lead role on transactions, and provide guidance and supervision to junior colleagues. You will also be encouraged to contribute actively to business development initiatives, cementing the team's reputation for first-class client service and sector insight.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' PQE in real estate finance, gained at a respected UK or international practice. You will bring strong technical skills, excellent drafting ability, and a proven track record of running complex transactions. A commercial mindset, the ability to nurture client relationships, and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues are all essential.
