This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a busy planning department and manage a varied caseload. Key Responsibilities Handle a range of planning applications, including complex minors and small majors. Provide professional advice and ensure compliance with planning legislation. Support the team in delivering high-quality development management services. Requirements Proven experience in development management within a local authority setting.
