About the Role
Our client, a well-established business based in North Belfast, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant / Admin Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience looking to develop their career in HR and payroll support.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support across HR and office functions
* Assist with payroll preparation using Sage software
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
* Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing paperwork
* Handle general office duties, including filing, data entry, and responding to queries
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
* 2–3 years of administrative experience, ideally in HR or a similar role
* Experience with Sage payroll software is highly desirable
* Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* High attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
