Job Description
* Process and manage sales ledger transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies where necessary.
* Generate and distribute invoices to customers in a timely manner.
* Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure prompt collections.
* Assist with the preparation of financial reports for the Accounting & Finance team.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any invoicing or payment-related issues.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies.
* Support ad-hoc accountancy tasks as required by the department.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Accounts Assistant will be available on short notice and have the above experience
