Customer Service and Support Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, responsible for ensuring all customers are handled efficiently and professionally via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions. The role involves building excellent relationships with customers, maintaining up-to-date records on NAV, and staying informed about our latest products and promotions to advise customers accordingly.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Upselling and cross-selling to increase sales value.
2. Managing call diaries and ensuring all customers are contacted as scheduled.
3. Providing phone coverage and supporting reception duties as needed.
4. Managing repairs and Tech Service calls through NAV, allocating work, and following up on updates.
5. Liaising with other departments to resolve queries and assist the sales team with ad hoc requirements.
6. Recording worksheets and managing queries related to repairs.
7. Achieving KPIs and maintaining customer service standards.
Qualifications and skills required:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level).
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Professional, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
* Positive attitude, driven, target-oriented, and sales-focused.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
