No formal qualifications are required beyond GCSE Maths and English – we provide all the training you need to get started, including FREE Behaviour Training and THRIVE training, with the option to complete Team Teach at a discounted rate.

What does a Teaching Assistant do?
* Supporting pupils in the classroom (1:1 or in small groups)
* Helping children stay engaged and on task
* Assisting the teacher with daily activities and lesson prep
* Supporting pupils with additional learning needs (ALN/SEN)
* Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
* Providing a safe, nurturing environment for learning
What we’re looking for:
* GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent) ✔️
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ideally a driver (due to working across different schools)
* Flexibility to take both pre-booked work and morning calls
