HOURS: Part time: 2-3 days per week
JOB LOCATION: Parisien Belfast BT1 5GA (opposite the City Hall)
SALARY: £12.21-£13.71 per hour pay scale

Job Description:
Main duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Welcoming all guests to the restaurant in a friendly, polite manner.
* With training, have full and complete knowledge of all food/beverage and wine menus enabling you to help with any guest queries.
* Present menus, take orders and serve food and beverage professionally and efficiently ensuring our guests have everything they need.
* Cleaning and resetting tables and keeping all areas of the restaurant neat and tidy.
* Mixing and serving up all hot and cold beverages in the restaurant dispense bar during service ensuring all beverages are delivered on time.
* Using the restaurant till systems to place orders and process customer payments correctly.
* Carrying out daily duties as required by the restaurant management team.
* Directing any guest complaints to the Restaurant Manager.
* Ensuring that your knowledge of the Resort and facilities is up to date in order to upsell to guests if the opportunity arises.
* Make sure your personal appearance and uniform are in line with the required Resort standards at all times.
* Observe all Company and Statutory Fire, Health, Safety, and Hygiene Regulations.
* Attend any training that has been set up to aid your personal development.
The Person:
Applicant must:
* Have at least 1-year of previous waiting/bar experience.
* Barista trained.
* Have a passion for the hospitality industry, great food, and great service.
* Be an excellent team player with a positive and friendly attitude.
* Have a flexible approach to working shift patterns and be available to work morning, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
* Have strong communication skills and be able to multitask.
* Have a sense of pride in the delivery of high standards of presentation and the Galgorm Collection brand.
