About This Opportunity
We�re looking for a knowledgeable and proactive
Pay & Reward Advisor
to support the development of fair, future-focused pay, grading, and pensions strategies across the Council.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise services on pay, grading, and pensions matters
* Support benchmarking and quality assurance of pay structures
* Identify trends and risks, ensuring compliance with equal pay standards
* Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and pensions projects

Ideal Candidate
* Strong understanding of pay and reward frameworks
* Experience in HR advisory roles, ideally in the public sector
* Excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
This role is available on a fixed term until March 2026
