Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll:
* Deliver our full range of Spa experiences to the highest standards
* Support the Spa and Leisure team with ad-hoc duties such as reception cover and cleaning
* Provide a welcoming, professional service that leaves guests feeling relaxed and cared for
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who:
* Holds relevant Level 2 or 3 spa or beauty qualifications
* Is passionate about guest experience and wellbeing
* Works well within a team and maintains high professional standards
* Has experience as a beauty therapist or massage therapist (preferred but not essential)
