About the Role

As the person leading the Lounge, you will be super-brilliant and responsible for guiding your team to deliver 14 great shifts, taking full ownership to ensure your Lounge is an amazing place to work and a great community hub. Your goal is to make every customer leave happy, thanks to your exceptional management.

What You Bring
* Experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Restaurant Manager in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops
* Experience working in a bar environment with food and drink service
* Ability to manage through KPIs, considering labour, stock, food safety, customer satisfaction, and brand standards within budget
* Experience in training and recruiting front-of-house teams, including servers and assistant managers
* Optional experience in back-of-house operations, understanding kitchen dynamics
