WHAT THIS ROLE IS
At Relay Direct, marketing is hands-on. As a Marketing Assistant, you won't be scheduling social posts or pulling reports. You'll be on the ground — supporting live brand campaigns for some of the UK's most recognisable names and seeing the direct impact of your work.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support delivery of customer-facing marketing and brand campaigns
* Engage directly with customers to drive awareness and brand perception
* Assist in developing outreach strategies tailored to local markets
* Analyse campaign activity and contribute to team performance reviews
* Build customer relationships that translate into measurable outcomes
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Passionate about marketing, brand, and customer behaviour
* Strong communicator who enjoys engaging with people
* Creative thinker with a practical, get-things-done attitude
* Marketing, communications, or business graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
* Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
