KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Help define and create customer demos or example designs.
2. Help support customers with BIOS issues and configuration on x86 based processing systems.
3. Run industry standard benchmarks and present results to the field and customers.
4. Develop and run tests to measure system level bandwidth and latency, using performance tools, for different applications.
5. Develop and test systems with Linux and/or RTOS.
6. Resolve customer issues on protocols like I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet, PCIE etc.
7. Strong programming skills and understanding of Python and C/C++.

9. Develop training and marketing material for Sales team.
10. Drive the needs back through engineering to deliver solutions that customers can use.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
11. Possesses a deep understanding of, and experience working with, UEFI BIOSs
12. Good understanding of BIOS variants including IBV offerings, EDK2 and Coreboot.
13. Experience with BIOS tuning and customization.
14. Possesses in-depth system level understanding of embedded and non-embedded systems.
15. Possesses an in-depth understanding of embedded processing systems, operating systems, embedded system debuggers, embedded processing applications and system requirements.
16. Technical expertise in Application CPUs, real-time CPUs and microcontrollers in x86 architecture.
17. Experience with Linux, U-boot and bootloaders.
18. Desire to be hands on with AMD x86 Embedded tools, devices, boards and software.
19. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to write application notes, white papers, & customer presentations.
20. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a collaborative team across multiple geographies to creatively solve challenging problems.
21. Fully self-sufficient in software development concepts and methods, coding, and debugging.
22. Strong interpersonal skills to work with engineering, marketing, customers, FAEs and sales to deliver timely solutions.
