Senior People Partner
£60,000 – £65,000 | 12-month FTC | London | Hybrid

We’re working with a globally recognised, creative and innovation-led business to hire a Senior People Partner on a 12-month FTC.
This is a strategic and commercially focused role, where you’ll partner with senior leaders across multiple business units, driving people strategy while remaining hands-on with complex HR challenges.
What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing key business decisions
* Leading on complex employee relations matters, including restructures and organisational change
* Using data and insights to identify trends and drive proactive solutions
* Supporting and delivering people strategy, engagement and retention initiatives
* Partnering with internal teams to support talent, performance and organisational development
* Leading and mentoring more junior HR team members
* Driving consistency and best practice across multiple teams or regions
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience operating at Senior HRBP / People Partner level
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at senior level
* Extensive experience managing complex ER and organisational change
* Experience working in a fast-paced, matrix or global environment
* Confident using data to inform decision-making and strategy
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability
