Head of Business – BYD / Suzuki / KGM – Boston, Lincolnshire
Basic Salary: £50,000 + £20,000 OTE
An exciting new opportunity has been created at our dealership in Boston, which will be moving to new location within the next 18 months.
We’re looking for an ambitious retail motor industry manager — someone with a Sales or Aftersales background who’s ready to take that next step in their career and develop into a Head of Business role.

You’ll report directly to our Market Area Head of Business, who will provide coaching, mentorship, and hands-on support to ensure your success and professional development. This is a role designed to help you grow into senior leadership and shape the future of a thriving dealership.
The Role
As Head of Business, you’ll take overall responsibility for the performance of our Suzuki, KGM, and BYD franchises, ensuring operational excellence across all departments.
You’ll:
* Lead, inspire, and develop a talented team across Sales, Service, and Parts.
* Deliver strong financial results and achieve business KPIs.
* Champion customer experience, loyalty, and retention at every stage.
* Build effective relationships with manufacturer partners.
* Learn, develop, and balance your understanding of both Sales and Aftersales to ensure sustainable performance.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a motivated, capable manager who:
* Has a strong background in Sales or Aftersales management within the retail motor industry.
* Is ambitious to progress into senior dealership leadership.
* Has excellent people, organisational, and communication skills.
* Is eager to learn, grow, and be mentored by an experienced leadership team.
