We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join our Slough office, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of key administrative, finance and operational processes across the business.

Joining our organisation, you will play an important role in ensuring our internal processes run efficiently and professionally. This is a varied and hands-on position supporting multiple departments including Finance, HR, and Leadership.
We are looking for someone highly organised, proactive and dependable — someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What you would do as our Business Support Administrator:
Travel & Logistics
·Coordinate all company travel (flights, accommodation, trains, taxis)
·Provide support to other TSG companies in the UK, e.g. Travolution and Travelsoft Pay
·Maintain travel records and confirmations
Sales & Procurement Administration
·Prepare and process Sales Contracts via Nitro Sign
·Create and issue Purchase Orders
·Ensure documentation is approved and distributed correctly
Finance & Payroll Support
·Process expenses and mileage claims (Zoho)
·Manage petty cash reconciliation
·Support timesheet reminders and related administration
·Collate overtime and standby forms; liaise with Finance for payroll input
·Support month‑end billing (collation and email sending)
Office & Facilities Coordination
·Order stationery
·Coordinate hospitality with Blue Apple
·Act as point of contact for external calls
·General office support duties (e.g., incoming calls, supplies, ad‑hoc admin)
Events & Internal Engagement
·Assist with company events and celebrations (including retirement events)
·Support wider team for internal and external event logistics
Marketing Support
·Produce and update marketing materials
·Support with website content management
·Maintain and update CRM records
·Assist with internal communications
This role will evolve over time as processes are digitised and improved.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate competence and experience in the following:
·Previous experience in a business support, operations or office coordination role
·Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
·Confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines
·Strong written and verbal communication skills
·Good working knowledge of M365, especially skilled with PowerPoint
·A proactive, “can-do” approach
·Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
·Experience of editing websites through use of CMS is desirable
