Responsibilities
The Role will be the interface between the OEM and the suppliers, as well as in front of our internal partners, for General Assembly.
All the deliverables entrusted to the aplicant and the responsibilities include:
1. The applicant shall use and comply with the OEMs procedure for General Assembly contract management DMOV_CAR00_0215
2. The applicant shall comply with the OEMs 00963_20_00604 : Guidebook for contract management
The daily update of this guidebook is part of the contract.
3. Update of PGi v2 Tool for each contract from each project will be a deliverable of the CONTRACTOR.
4. Update of the restrictions list in the MERLIN tool (for the GENERAL ASSEMBLY SHOP) will be a deliverable of the
5. Participate in problem-solving meetings.
6. Participate in fault analysis meetings.
7. Lead the tests during the adjustment phases.
8. Produce an intervention and a restart report after each modification made by the supplier (in the case of modifications on installation in production).
9. Produce reports in SACHA in between trial times
10. Participate at the weekly project reviews
11. Produce a weekly progress report, with information about the project’s deadlines respect for the suppliers responsible of the equipment implementation.
The report will include:
12. The alerts in case of delay in the PROJECT’S deadline, of additional costs, of quality issues.
13. The progress of the deliverables related to General Assembly contract management.
14. The progress in processing the MERLIN restrictions.
15. The controls of the standards application by the equipment suppliers, respect of norms and guides.
16. Prepare and submit to the management all acceptance forms.
During the preparation phase:
17. Book the specifications validation (including product/process interface),
18. Conduct technical and economical offers comparison
Complete:
19. End of studies,
20. Supplier release approval,
21. Equipment start of production, safety acceptance,
22. Equipment final acceptance.
The applicant will track progress of installation through key deliverables and phases to include:
Preparation
23. Identify the input data (future project mix, ADAS mix, jph) to share with plant referent and AAEE specialist.
24. Obtain updated cyclograms from the process technical leader and validate the capacities for consultation.
25. Integration Book Of Specification validation.
26. Creation of the PGi or modification (if already initialised)
27. Assessment of the feasibility from advance phase with feasibility team responsible and the pre-study group leader.
Requirements :
28. Identify the applicable requirements.
29. Retrieve the sensitive process requirements monitoring file from the pre-study Group leader.
30. Create an animation ritual with the technical leaders after taking the requirements monitoring file into responsibility. With each technical leader, schedule a monthly ritual for animation of requirements. .
31. Write or have written an expression of civil engineering / automation / handling / logistics / maintenance / IT / operator needs for the establishment and organisation of new installations.
32. Process the online vehicle flow with DDCE, adapt SOI updates (new process faults, new flow doors, .
33. Participate in on field review and consolidate and establish / animate the list of industrial developments brought by the project (new means, carry over and recoveries, etc).
34. Build with the assembly project leader / RIM the site macro planning by identifying the vehicle diversity to lead the PIV process. Participate in the FMEA analysis for innovations. Participate and discuss with RIM / EQL on operations from the sensitive equipment EE group leader perimeter.
35. Share with the referent of the frequency monitoring methods the means changes / processes impacting the monitoring plans. Participate in the monitoring plans animation with the QISP group leader / ISCV, identifying monitoring plans updates or new version for innovations.
36. Ensure that the back-up modes and the level of repairability of the equipment's will allow to obtain the performance targeted.
Consultations / Orders:
37. Initialisation and updating of the consultation schedule monitoring file (BoS sending, return of offers, technical and economical comparison, orders).
38. Present the project and the expectations to suppliers (lots, reminder of the delivery steps, deliverables content, jph, OPR,, lead the realisation of the technical and economical comparisons.
39. Monitor the follow-up of project / purchase exchanges to confirm the technical, economic and grouping of lots and suppliers objectives.
40. Define the process for the equipment accreditation process (safety, regulation).
Project monitoring:
41. Review the ERP in particular via correlation with OTD On Time Delivery & FTR First Time Right KPI.
42. Participate in actively for the project milestones/assesment.
43. Identification and monitoring of the interfaces (FENG-Building, Handling and automation), in particular on sensitive processes.
44. Filtering and monitoring of issues.
45. Complete the follow-up of technical amendments.
46. Animate the project risk management.
47. Acceptance and taking into account of FOAs from the balancing / mix workshops.
Tests and acceptance
48. Identify and monitor the achievement of PCM mechanical acceptance tests, PEE functional acceptance tests, Tcycle, capability / repeatability / 3D measurements.
49. Identify and coordinate the provision of test resources.
50. Facilitate the compliance with the development of sensitive processes with the physical phase (VRS DV - EL / EL).
51. Build and animate the performance indicator and reliability of the equipment.
52. All final acceptance reports finalised, transfer file to Manufacturing.
53. End of project lesson learned realised.
Qualifications
54. HNC/Degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Engineering
Essential Skills
55. A high level of understanding of manufacturing equipment installation ideally within a fast paced environment.
