Parts Advisor Automotive Location: Cardiff Salary: £28,261 basic | OTE £33,000£34,000 The Role: As a Parts Advisor, youll play a key role in supporting the workshop and customers by ensuring vehicle parts are sourced and supplied quickly and accurately, while maintaining excellent administrative and stock control standards. Key Responsibilities: Supplying parts to both workshop and retail customers Selling genuine parts and accessories Using electronic systems to identify and order parts Monitoring and maintaining stock levels Booking in and managing parts deliveries Handling data and documentation accurately Keeping up to date with product knowledge and internal processes What Were Looking For: Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role Strong IT skills and experience using systems Excellent organisation and attention to detail Strong communication and customer service skills A team player who can build effective working relationships Experience within a main dealer environment (desirable) Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:30am 5:30pm 1 in 3 Saturdays
