My client, a premier provider and distributor of specialist property finance, is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join their team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in delivering a new project by conducting in-depth analysis of business processes, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and aiding in the implementation of vital business requirements.
Business Analyst Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope.
* Analyze business processes, systems, and data for improvement opportunities.
* Utilize tools and techniques to interpret data and formulate recommendations.
* Drive design and implementation of business and process improvements.
* Document future-state processes and key performance metrics.
* Identify and document business needs, use cases, and functions for system development.
* Support end-users through training and adoption of new systems.
* Identify and manage project risks.
* Contribute to project repository and team's continuous improvement efforts.
Business Analyst Skills & Competencies:
* Experience in business analysis, process reengineering, and requirements definition.
* Exposure to Atlassian products and Microsoft Sharepoint is advantageous.
* Strong commercial focus and ability to assess value of features.
* Experience working in collaborative Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
* 5+ years' experience in Business Analyst or Process Analyst roles.
* Tertiary qualification(s) in relevant competency.
* Experience in financial services, preferably credit lending.
