This role will be based in community setting supporting adults who have complex health needs requiring a high level of care and support

We are looking for Nursing Assistant / HCA who have a proven track record of complex care experience and have supported clients who have suffered spinal injury with skills such as:
* Tracheostomy care
* Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) including feeding.
* Ventilation management
* Oral suctioning
* Bowel management
* Nebuliser (NEB)
* Medications

Required Skills/Qualifications:
* 2 year or more experience as a Healthcare Assistant with complex care experience.
* NVQ Level 3 related subjects.
* NVQ Level 4 related subjects.
* Nursery nurse qualifications or similar.
* Diploma in relevant health/ social subject.
* Commitment to delivering client specific care.
* Adaptable and Professional approach to support client and family members.
