Salary: Basic up to £28,000 (DOE)
OTE: £70,000 - £75,000 (uncapped)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our prestige main dealership in Perth. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to develop their career within a premium automotive brand, supported by industry-leading training and excellent earning potential.
The Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. You will represent the brand professionally, build long-term customer relationships, and consistently achieve sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming customers and identifying their vehicle needs
* Managing the full sales process, including test drives, finance and add-on products
* Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
* Maintaining excellent product knowledge through ongoing manufacturer training
* Ensuring all documentation and compliance standards are met
About You
* Proven experience in car sales
* A strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
* Target-driven with a professional and confident manner
* Ability to work weekends as part of a rota
* Full UK driving licence
