Job Description

Due to continued growth, our Lutterworth site is now recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join their friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis. Working hours: Any 5 in 7 days, 7am-4pm.

As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the daily workload of site administration, ensuring all issues are dealt with effectively and promptly, and that all tasks are completed to the required standard.


Key Duties of an Operations Administrator:

* Organise and plan fleet maintenance schedules, including servicing and MOTs.
* Check that all scheduled events are booked and work completed.
* Communicate with suppliers and internal customers, coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs.
* Ensure compliance paperwork is received and uploaded onto the platform.
* Maintain accurate and current records for all company vehicles.
* Audit fleet records and databases for completeness and accuracy.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Complete transport administration accurately and on time, including vehicle files and driver timesheets.
* Administer weekly paid colleague payroll and handle queries.
* Keep company noticeboards updated.

Previous experience in an administrative role is required. Candidates should have attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines is also necessary.
