To stay ambitious, we are looking for a Beauty Supervisor to lead the beauty department in our new Frasers Department Store in Meadowhall.
Job Responsibilities:
* Lead the beauty team to deliver excellent customer service
* Maximize turnover and identify opportunities for performance improvement
* Manage and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets
* Be present on the shop floor to drive sales
* Ensure all team members have the tools and knowledge to meet business objectives
* Manage presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock in line with Head Office directives
* Stay aware of current trends, customer promotions, and monitor competitors
* Assist Store Manager with paperwork, policies, and procedures
* Drive and deliver KPIs
* Perform additional duties as necessary within your role's responsibility
Qualifications and Skills:
* Passion for beauty, skincare, and fragrance
* Experience in a beauty management role
* Strong clientele background with a solid database of contacts
* Exceptional leadership and motivational skills
* Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
* Ability to interpret financial and sales data
* High product knowledge and awareness of beauty trends
* Knowledge of the local area

Additional Information:
This is a full-time, permanent role including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
