Salary: £30,360 £32,906 (DOE) + £65 per sleep‑in night
Working Pattern: 173 hours/month + sleep‑ins
Shift Times: 07 00, rolling 2 days on / 4 days off
Sleep‑in Hours: 23 30
Driving License: Full UK license required

What you’ll do as a Senior Therapeutic Support Worker:
* Lead and manage shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations
* Support and develop therapeutic support workers
* Deliver structured, nurturing care for children with challenging behaviours
* Promote wellbeing, safety, and life opportunities for young people
* Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams and external agencies
* Uphold high standards in reporting, safeguarding, and compliance
* Deputise for the Home Manager when required
As a Senior Therapeutic Support Worker, you’ll be a role model, a mentor, and a key figure in creating a safe, empowering environment. You’ll bring compassion, resilience, and leadership to every shift.
