JL Logistics is looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to support our growing transport, logistics, and POS installation operations.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by assisting with job administration, coordinating with drivers and installation teams, managing documentation, and supporting client communications.
Key Responsibilities
* •Administrative support for transport and installation operations
* •Assisting with job scheduling and tracking deliveries
* •Managing job sheets, delivery notes, and installation reports
* •Communicating with drivers, installers, clients, and suppliers
* •Supporting general office and accounts administration
Requirements
* ✔ Previous administration experience
* ✔ Strong organisation and communication skills
* ✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* ✔ Ability to work in a fast‑paced logistics environment
