What you'll do:

Perform regular process audits within the manufacturing environment to guarantee compliance with established procedures and maintain traceability across operations.
Engage directly with customer representatives during NPI, investigating non-conformance incidents and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Support external audit activities by managing auditor interactions and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Champion continual improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimisation and supporting their implementation throughout the organisation.
