The Role
As an
Invoice Finance Relationship Manager
, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, balancing first-class service with risk management. You'll be the main daily contact for your clients – understanding their business, answering queries, and ensuring their funding facilities run smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing client portfolios, building strong and trusted relationships
* Processing transactions accurately and within deadlines
* Monitoring client performance and risk exposure
* Ensuring invoices and supporting documents are verified and recoverable
* Balancing service delivery with robust risk controls
* Acting as a key point of contact to deliver outstanding client service and retention
About You
We're looking for someone who is commercially aware, confident in making decisions, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
You'll bring:
* Essential - experience in invoice finance and/or factoring
* Strong relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues
* Experience in credit control, debt collection, or client management
* Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
