Location: Westgate House Care Centre, Tower Road, Ware, Hertfordshire, SG12 7LP
Hourly rate: £18.00 to £23.00 per hour, plus paid handover
Hours: 39 hours per week
Shifts: 8pm to 8am, shifts available across Monday to Sunday

About the role:
* Look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents
* Support the Home Manager to effectively implement policies and procedures and ensure they are upheld at all times
* Ensure that residents have access to key medical, social, and other care workers as required
* Have full knowledge of and ensure adherence to infection control policies and procedures of the Department of Health and the company at all times
* Work in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines, NMC code of conduct, and relevant legislation at all times
About you:
* The right to work in the UK
* Valid and current NMC registration and PIN
* Previous experience in elderly care is essential
* Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering person-centred care
* Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities
* A compassionate and caring nature, a positive attitude, and a flexible work ethic
