Job Summary
Join as an Analyst within the investment banking, Transportation and Logistics team in London. Support the marketing and execution of M&A, debt, equity, and other financial advisory services.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in executing mandated deals
* Prepare marketing pitchbooks and related materials
* Gather public information from various sources
* Create financial model analyses
* Analyze company performance on absolute and relative bases
* Draft marketing documents for clients
* Maintain databases
* Conduct general research
* Support other transaction teams as needed
Qualifications:
* Analyst experience at an Investment Bank or Corporate Finance / Valuation teams at Big Four or similar
* Preferably ACA / CFA qualified
* Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Hardworking, enthusiastic, professional work ethic
* Knowledge of Investment Banking services and creative application skills
* Fluent in English
Additional Skills:
* European language proficiency is a plus
