MacclesfieldRoles and Responsibilities:Senior role and capable of handling deployment clinic desk alone with the help of on-site contact for facility access and clinic desk setup.Skill set: Responsibility:
1. The Resource is required to coordinate with the DLM team and conduct the clinic on the fixed deployment date. The resource should be well acquainted with the deployment standards for the international and local audience, professionallymunicate (English and regional language) and coordinate with the DLM team and onsite contact before, during and after the deployment schedule and clinic date.
2. As a senior resource, the engineer should be quick at handling handover of new devices and collection of legacy device “tasks” for individual users appearing as per the scheduled appointment. Issues and on-site dependencies should be reported immediately to the DLM team and a detailed report to mitigate delays and further risk. In case of engineering challenges like delays, LOA and emergencies, the resource needs to report the challenges immediately to the TRG/Partner sourcing manager to arrange back-up so the Clinic is not impacted.

3. The standard working hours for the Site Engineer are hours/day on standard weekdays.
4. The Engineer needs to join the checkpoint call every day during the deployment using the bridge details below to raise any concerns and issues.
