As our team expands, we're looking for an Accounts Assistant to join us at our Norwich HQ.
The Role Reporting into the Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in the Finance team. This is a hands-on finance role, perfect for someone who thrives on working independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail on day to day tasks.
Key Duties
* Review and process incoming invoices from suppliers
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
* Assist with processing regular payment runs
* Posting cashbook transactions and simple bank reconciliations
* Follow up any outstanding invoices
* Payroll admin
Key Skills
* AAT qualification would be desirable but not essential
* Strong purchase ledger and cashbook experience
* Some payroll knowledge would be desirable but not essential
* Excellent IT and communication skills
Please note this role will involve some regular travel to our Melton Constable Warehouse.
