The Opportunity – USA Civil Engineering Division
As part of our continued expansion into the United States, we are now hiring a senior-level Recruitment Division Manager to take complete ownership of our US Civil Engineering business unit .
You will be stepping into a proven, revenue-generating desk, not starting from zero.
* The US desk produced £316,000 in its first year of operation
* The target for the current year is £800k+
* Built from the ground up in January 2025
* Established client base with five repeat customers already secured
* Strong pipeline, brand presence, and delivery framework already in place

Your Role & Level of Ownership
You will have full P&L responsibility for the US Civil Engineering division and be trusted to operate with autonomy, authority, and accountability.
Initially, you will work alongside one Principal Consultant, with a clearly defined plan and budget to grow the team to a minimum of six consultants by September 2026. This includes hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and performance management.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will remain actively billing until there are at least five billing consultants in the US team. We believe leaders should lead from the front — and this role reflects that philosophy.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and scaling the USA Civil Engineering recruitment division
* Driving revenue growth from an existing, successful billing desk
* Recruiting, developing, and retaining top-tier recruitment talent
* Setting, tracking, and relentlessly achieving KPIs and performance metrics
* Managing individual and team performance to elite standards
* Developing long-term client partnerships within the US civil engineering market
* Playing a central role in shaping EverHire’s US and global growth strategy
Relocation & Flexibility
The option to relocate to the USA will be offered for the right individual, though relocation is not mandatory. This role can initially be operated from the UK or Europe, with flexibility based on performance and business needs.

This role is 4 days in office in Loughton, Monday - Friday 10am - 8pm. Fridays WFH 10am-3pm
