Overview
Key Responsibilities
* Operate heat press machines
* Pick and pack orders with great attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
* Assist in our busy production area and support team members.
* Perform general factory duties, including lifting and physical tasks.
* Ensure high standards of production and quality control are maintained.
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in a factory or production environment is preferred.
* Knowledge of print and/or heat press operations is an advantage.
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on high-quality results.
* Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
* Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills.
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Working Hours & Shifts
* 5 days per week (37.5 hours)
* Monday to Friday 8:00 till 16:00
Pay
* £12.21 per hour for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £12.82 per hour thereafter.
