Job Introduction
There is a good patient flow from referrals by GDPs within the corporate network, resulting in a consistent workload. We offer opportunities for continuing education and skills development, which can be beneficial for staying updated with the latest advancements in dental therapy. Dental therapists have access to good quality tools and materials from a large catalogue, clinical freedom, and the convenience to be able to work in multiple locations within both NHS and private sectors. You will be part of a wider team that will make a real difference to patient care, working collaboratively and utilising the skill mix within the practice environment. As a valued dental therapist, you will also be given the opportunity to go on to offer additional services to patients if you wish, such as teeth whitening.
