We are currently recruiting for a Dutch Customer Service Representative to join a busy Customer Service team. You'll deliver an efficient, proactive, and consistent service, supporting customers from start to finish with expertise and enthusiasm. You'll build strong relationships and ensure seamless communication both internally and externally.
As the Dutch Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a welcoming and professional service that reflects positively on the company.
Ensure all customer needs are met, fully interpreting instructions and taking ownership of all requests.
Accurately process customer orders, ensuring SLAs are met, and up-sell products and services where appropriate.
Take responsibility for orders, ensuring completion on-time and in-full, while keeping customers informed of any updates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicating effectively about any issues or changes. The successful Dutch Customer Service Representative will have the following related skills / experience:
Previous experience of working in a busy customer service role
Strong MS office skills
Fluent in Dutch and English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong customer focus and commercial awareness
SAP experience an advantage
