In your first three months, the focus will be on building strong relationships with candidates while developing a modern, content-led approach to recruitment. You’ll be hands-on with podcast production (pre- and post-production), video creation, and social media content – using these platforms to grow your personal brand and position yourself as a trusted voice in the market. Alongside this, you’ll build a solid foundation in marketing, learning how to use content not just to attract talent, but to engage clients and differentiate yourself in a crowded recruitment space. This approach is consultative and creative – less about hard sales, more about adding value and creating visibility through content that resonates with candidates and clients alike. As you develop, you’ll work towards clear output targets and start taking greater ownership of client relationships. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end while continuing to use content to support your network and strengthen your position in the market. Key Responsibilities: Producing podcasts and video content to support recruitment and brand-building. Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients through a consultative, content-led approach. Researching, identifying, attracting, and shortlisting top talent. Initiating, managing, and developing candidate relationships. Proactively identifying new candidate and client opportunities within target markets (360 recruitment). What do You Need?
