Job Title: Transport Coordinator Locations: Birmingham Salary : 28-£32,000 + Bonus Duties: Coordinate operations for the a warehouse and inbound flows Plan and manage European road freight, including UK imports/exports and EU distribution Arrange outbound EU transport and import deliveries Act as main liaison between UK customers, German warehouse, carriers, and hauliers Prepare and manage UK import/export customs declarations Ensure customs compliance and produce trade documentation (CoO, EUR1) Proactively manage operational exceptions and service disruptions Support stock reconciliation across WMS, QAD, and TMS Complete job costing, invoice validation, and customer billing Procure freight services, prepare quotations, and manage KPIs/reporting Support wider multimodal freight operations as required Ideal Candidate: Minimum 1 Year of experience in a freight forwarding environment (import/export).
