We are looking for a proactive and strategic Channel Partner Manager to build and manage relationships with channel partners and resellers. This role involves onboarding new partners, enabling them to sell our solutions effectively, and ensuring mutual growth through collaboration, training, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner Acquisition & Onboarding:
* Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential channel partners across regions.
* Define partnership models and agreements based on business goals.
* Relationship Management:
* Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners.
* Conduct regular partner reviews to assess performance and resolve issues.
* Train partners on products, pricing, and positioning.
* Develop co-branded marketing materials and sales toolkits.
* Support partners in closing deals and customer engagements.
* Performance Monitoring:
* Track and analyze partner sales performance and pipeline metrics.
* Ensure partners meet revenue, volume, and quality targets.
* Drive incentive and commission programs to motivate partners.
Requirements:
* Experience in partner/channel sales, preferably in B2B, SaaS, IT, or enterprise services.
* Strong understanding of channel dynamics, partner ecosystems, and sales cycles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build credibility and drive alignment across internal and external teams.
