About The Role
We are looking for a Team Co-ordinator to join our successful New Homes team at Foxtons. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in administration, marketing, and property to start their career with London’s leading Estate Agency.
In this diverse role, you will interact with internal colleagues across our 60+ offices, as well as developers managing major London developments. No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills to become a vital part of the team. You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the New Homes Team.
You will be involved in:
1. Updating our database with current property availability
2. Creating price lists
3. Preparing property photographs and details
4. Booking photography appointments
5. Organising events and development launches
This role is primarily based in South London; further details will be provided during the interview process.
About You
We seek candidates with excellent organisational and communication skills who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. This role is ideal for those eager to gain experience in the property industry while providing exceptional service.
Previous administration experience, particularly with Excel, is beneficial but not essential, as full training and development will be provided. We value a willingness to learn and a commitment to doing the job well.
