We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Kitchen Capability Partner to join our Culinary Education team, working in the 'Premium Division'. Reporting into the Kitchen Training & Development Manager you will work collaboratively within the division, building kitchen capability across the operational teams, in a bid to maintain and improve our guest satisfaction, kitchen HR measures and kitchen profitability.
In this mobile role, you will work a mix of our head office (Central Birmingham), from our sites and home.
You will be covering the Midlands and Southwest.

The Opportunity – Kitchen Capability Partner:
* Strengthen and leverage the Accredited KM/HC network to ensure that every district has the appropriate level of local support to deliver key objectives.
* Support the AKM/HCs development through ongoing coaching and above unit activity to ensure they work collaboratively with each RBM and develop the districts kitchen capability
* Grow and maintain talent pools of BOH team, with the objective of increasing the quantity and quality of individuals who are visibly aspiring to bigger more complex roles.
* Provide appropriate support to those who aspire to grow, and their management teams to build their capability and rates of internal succession and progression.
* Work with the RBM and their management teams, to complete kitchen capability coaching with the aim of improving both guest satisfaction and kitchen profitability.
* Deliver high impact culinary training and coaching that drives customer food quality satisfaction
* Plan, deliver and review innovative menu implementation training that ensures colleagues in operations have the appropriate level of kitchen capability and confidence
* Support the kitchen elements of induction for newly appointed managerial roles
* Support the brands in bespoke kitchen and food related training activity, defined by the Operations Director and line manager (KTDM)
What you'll need to bring to the Kitchen Capability Partner role:

Qualifications:
* Coaching or equivalent
* TAP / Group Training Techniques or equivalent
* Intermediate Professional Cookery (706/1) or equivalent experience
