Here at Peacocks, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Loyalty Programme Manager to join our Marketing department at our Head Office in Cardiff.

We are seeking an experienced Loyalty Manager to develop, launch, and manage the day-to-day operations of the new Peacocks Loyalty Programme. This role suits someone with a good understanding of loyalty schemes, customer behavior, and a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities & Objectives:
* Drive profitable sales growth through our loyalty scheme.
* Drive customer acquisition via Peacocks’ channels (website, social, in-store, etc.).
* Create & maintain a loyalty activity plan that generates additional revenue.
* Analyze performance, customer data, and market trends to inform decisions and optimize revenue.
* Review ROI on all activities and provide regular stakeholder reports.
Enhancing Customer Experience:
* Use insights and feedback to continuously improve engagement, retention, and satisfaction through the loyalty programme.
* Manage rewards to ensure they meet customer expectations and values.
Communication:
* Create and maintain a clear communication plan.
* Respond to feedback, collaborate cross-functionally to implement process improvements.
* Gather competitive and customer feedback to challenge and improve ways of working.
Technical/Compliance Support:
* Handle administrative tasks such as payments, data security, and governance.
* Ensure all campaigns are compliant and on-brand, maintaining data confidentiality and integrity.
* Monitor the health of the customer database for accuracy.
Key Experiences:
* Strong understanding of consumer behavior and loyalty best practices.
* Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

* Experience with CRM systems and loyalty platforms.
