The Role: This is a high-volume execution and strategy role. You will manage 10+ social accounts across the hospitality and experience sectors. Our creative team handles the heavy lifting on video and design; you handle the platform strategy, distribution, and community.
The Responsibilities:
* Full Ownership: Scheduling, posting, and managing calendars for 10+ clients.
* Community: Daily story posting and replying to comments/DM. No ghosting.
* Copywriting: Writing captions that actually convert, tailored to each brand’s voice.
* Optimization: Constant A/B testing of captions, hashtags, and reel formats.
* Agile Content: Filming on-the-fly content or quick edits when a trend drops.
The Requirements:
* 2-3 Years Experience: Must have managed multiple accounts simultaneously, ideally in an agency setting.
* Platform Native: You live on TikTok and IG. You know the trends and you know the algorithm.
* Process Driven: Managing 10+ accounts requires zero-fail organization and planning skills.
* Data-Led: You don’t just post and pray. You track performance and pivot based on what works.
* Organised: You'll need to be extremelly good with content plans, sheets and project management tools.
