Key Responsibilities
* Routine servicing and complex repairs on performance and sports cars
* Advanced fault diagnosis using OEM and specialist diagnostic equipment
* Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
* Carrying out detailed vehicle health checks and reporting findings
* Conducting road tests and post-repair quality assurance
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised workshop
* Providing guidance and technical support to less experienced technicians
* Staying current with evolving automotive systems and technologies
Candidate Profile
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
* Minimum of five years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician
* Confident diagnostic skills with a logical, methodical approach
* Strong understanding of modern vehicle electronics and systems
* Full UK driving licence
