Salary £24,500 BONUS £350 – £400 Per month
Our client is an independent insurance intermediary wholly owned by a senior management team with over 50 years’ experience in the non-standard insurance market covering motor, commercial vehicle, fleet, household and motorcycle. They are looking for 2 Debt and Cancellation agents to join their busy team
This role will include shift work between 8.30am – 7pm Monday to Friday, 9am – 1pm Saturday (1 in 3).
The Role
1. Maintaining client finance agreements
2. Dealing with internal/external telephone communications within FCA guidelines
3. Pursuing unpaid balances
4. Responsible for transferring customer Data securely to the external debt recovery agency
5. Responsible for liaising with customers regarding cancellation of policies with the view of retaining the business.
6. Be confident in speaking to internal and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
