What you’ll be doing:
9. Assist in the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance and knowledge with all regulatory requirements
10. Support the staff team to maintain a high level of care that is required for the needs of the People We Support and for the service.
11. Liaise with external agencies, families, and other MDT to ensure cohesive care planning and delivery.
12. Support the Registered Manager with the rota system, incorporating 1-2-1 hours for the People We Support
13. Have good knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance and CQC Framework.
14. Strong ability to use own initiative
Who you are:
15. Must have a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role within health and social care
16. Have a minimum of NVQ level 3 and be willing to work towards NVQ Level 5 in Leadership.
17. You will be trustworthy, reliable and can communicate effectively.
