Primary Teaching Assistant – The Role:
10. Coveted role as a Primary Teaching Assistant
11. Sociable hours of 0830 – 1530 Monday to Friday
12. Located in the heart of Oxfordshire
13. Collaborating alongside experienced classroom teachers to provide a range of support to an equal range of learners
14. Opportunity of running Literacy and Numeracy intervention, in group settings or in a 1:1 capacity
15. Differentiating your support to suit individual needs and dispositions, academic and emotional both
16. To provide encouragement where necessary to children of a tender age

Primary Teaching Assistant – Ideal Pre-Requisites:
18. Core subject Degree from high-calibre British University
19. Strong prior academic background (A Levels)
20. Experience in tutoring, coaching or childcare advantageous to application
21. Competent in Numeracy and Literacy skills
22. Ability to communicate effectively with young people
23. Patient and nurturing disposition
