Retail Shift Manager (Part Time)

Salary: £15.45 - £15.95 per hour (40 hour contract). Bank holiday additional £2 per hour, night shift additional £3.50 per hour. 30-35 days holiday pro rata. 10% in-store discount. Enhanced family leave.
As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you will help us maintain our high standards day after day. You will motivate your team, take responsibility for the shop floor and keep the store running like clockwork in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly
* Deliver the best customer experience every time customers visit the store
* Be passionate about thriving as a key part of the Store Team
* Use a proactive and encouraging approach to help colleagues develop and improve store operations
