Administration Assistant (Level 3) (17.5 hours permanent position, to start ASAP) The Academy Committee of St. Augustine's Catholic Academy wish to appoint a permanent Level 3 Administration Assistant for 17.5 hours per week, term time.. (Working hours are open to discussion) Salary: Level 3, SCP 4 £24796 (Actual salary £10,258.45 per annum) We are seeking to appoint an Administration Assistant who: · Is fully supportive of the Catholic Ethos of the school · Is able to undertake a range of reception duties such as answering the phone, monitoring the office email account, greeting visitors to the school, support with reprographics and general administrative tasks · Can act as first point of contact in response to telephone and face to face enquires · Demonstrates a sound working knowledge and use of a range of IT programmes · Demonstrates excellent communication skills with students, staff and visitors · Has a flexible approach and ability to work as part of a team · Has the ability to think on their feet and use their initiative · Is motivated, passionate and reflective about their work · Relevant qualifications/experience or training (GCSE Maths and English or equivalent) · Desirable experience using word and excel.
